we had booked for garden view on booking,, however the hotel doesn't have one./we weren't provided that room.

The room is very nice and clean. The design looks aesthetic but not overly decorated. The location is great, close to the center and near lots of good restaurants. I can always get taxi very easily outside of the hotel. Staff are all very proactive and nice.

Breakfast doesn't have cereal/granola.

Special, unexpected but charming interior. Breakfast was good, but not to much western supplies. However, didn’t miss anything.

1. Poor soundproof, we can hear the room next to us talking very clear and loud. Not forget to mention, you may be able to hear all the noise from vehilces around the street. 2. Room is too small.

First of all, the room was clean and comfortable. Amenities included were great. Shower was warm and refreshing. We had the chance to enjoy the two bedroom chalet and the price was worth the beautiful experience. In fact the whole hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed taking photos in the lobby, which was picturesque and always had fresh flowers. Breakfast was delicious and had great options. We enjoyed the pho ga very much. Egg station was convenient as they cook eggs to your liking, and we appreciated the changing of dishes such as the banh beo, banh gio, and different stews or curry. Bread selection was also tasty. Fresh fruits, good coffee. But most of all, the service was the best part. The hotel staff addressed all of our needs quickly and responsively. They were kind and accommodating. Housekeeping services were excellent. One late night we requested a clean water boiler and they brought it up to us in minutes. Laundry service was quick and our clothes smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our time there, which the hotel was kind enough to help us search at the last minute for additional rooms. If I have a chance to come back to Da Lat in the future, I would definitely book here.

While the hotel is close to Da Lat Center, the street the hotel is located on is narrow and difficult to navigate. Probably not much the hotel can do about that.
