Nice and modern. Very clean and great location. unique design.

extremely loud due to poor soundproofing. can hear everything in the hallway outside your room. sounds like someone is trying to open your door due to the use of physical keys.

no soundproofing you hear everything from every room on the floor and the street ( a neighbour moves or walks down hall and it’s like they are in your room) open plan bathroom terrible design and slippery floor breakfast no good for westerners no currency exchange or English

Phuong the manager was excellent. One of the female staff also spoke good English which was helpful. They called taxis for us and Phoung suggested places to go and showed us how to get there (we did not have wifi).

Beds are a bit too hard. Bathroom floor slippery. Breakfast was a bit skimpy. No business card.

different to most hotels in its style our room was very big and very clean had bath and seperate shower which was very nice taxis always out front to take you around taxis cheaper than the electrics. plenty of caffès close by

the only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast not much really for English people even my wife who is Vietnamese wasn’t happy either so we ate out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and all staff very good
