From arrival at reception the staff were incredibly welcoming. Big shout out to Valerie and Julia on the desk. Tanya in the restaurant, is a real treasure, brightened up everybody's stay. Everything in the hotel was well appointed and spotlessly clen. Shall 100% return to this little gem in the best location in Tomar

Only one thing. We weren't permitted open the velux windows in the Queen Suite which was a pity.

Fantastic location, tasteful and beautiful interiors, overlooks picture -postcard square. Staff (Matheus and others) very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Food was excellent. Staff outstanding.

Cleanliness in bathroom... too much mold around shower. Inconsistent housekeeping - not replacing water, toilet paper, tissues Glass doors into bathroom we're uncomfortable.. suggest frosting them so privacy can be maintained
