Do quarto aos funcionários, tudo excelente. O hotel é lindíssimo, a sua história também. A simpatia e prontidão de atendimento de todo o pessoal impressionou-nos. Vamos voltar sempre que estivermos em Tomar e nos for permito reservar.

Adorei o quarto do hotel, mas não sou particularmente entusiasta de casas-de-banho em vidro, de forma que a privacidade entre casa-de-banho se perde um pouco. Mas ainda assim, para quem viaja com marido/companheiro, isso não faz muita diferença.

Good reception staff, Julia was very helpful. Hotel has been tastefully rebuilt.

Access not straightforward. Dinner was very satisfactory. Expensive pumpkin soup, and not what we expected. Service was Very very slow. Noticed other diners had same reaction. My husband Ordered medium steak, it was barely cooked (very rare). Returned to kitchen. Waitress seemed not to notice she'd taken his knife and fork, so when plate came back without cutlery, we had to wait till we could get her attention - not that easy - or take from an adjacent table. My fish was dry, accompanying vegetables burnt and tasted unpleasant, they were left. Nothing offered to make amends did it - as we were very disappointed and felt it detracted from a lovely hotel.

Great location, super staff

The bed we had was as hard as a board. Linens were very nice.

Room was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked. Staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, informative. Onsite restaurant food was very good, both the dinner and lunch venues. Free breakfast was quality, wide variety. Location was surrounded by stores, restaurants, and within hiking distance of castle and 296 steps up to a church&view. Plenty to do and see (and buy) on foot. Ample parking in structure nearby, 6Euros/day.

Not the fault of the hotel, but: The adjoining plaza was hosting holiday celebrations...loud,late celebrations. Thankfully the rooms were well insulated and blocked most of the noise. Carrying luggage from parking was made difficult by stairs and cobblestones,.

O hotel é maravilhoso, o staff é fantástico e super prestável, fazem-nos sentir em casa. A sua localização proporciona o acesso a tudo e tudo foi pensado ao pormenor com um requinte magnífico. Este hotel vai, sem dúvida, tornar-se a minha casa sempre que for a Tomar.
