Localização perfeita, na esquina da igreja matriz. O café da manhã com variedade de frutas, salgados e doces, ms o principal é a equipe de atendimento super acolhedora e atenciosa. Tudo perfeito.

The service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic, and the whole experience gives you a warm feeling of being back home. Hotel Republica's location is unbeatable — right on Tomar's main plaza, facing the church, surrounded by restaurants. Our room had a balcony and was immaculate, and the marble bathroom was stunning (huge tiles with perfectly matched veining — rare attention to detail). Breakfast was the highlight. The owners were there personally each morning, warm and unhurried, and treated us like family. I was in town for business and they shared local references that genuinely helped me resolve some issues with contractors. Small touches made the difference: when I hosted a vendor in the courtyard, the maître d' quietly brought us a complimentary bottle of water. And the private rooftop jacuzzi at night, looking out over the illuminated Templar castle, was simply breathtaking. We'll be back.

The hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is outstanding. The owners António and Laurenca along with staff made our trip so memorable! We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel en ook de eigenaren zelf die een gesprek met je aangaan en trots vertellen over hun mooie hotel en de omgeving. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hadden een prachtige kamer met uitzicht op het mooie plein. Zeker een aanrader.

Location, location, location and the staff. The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to a late laundry request we had and allowed us to grab something to eat early tomorrow get on the road early. So friendly and helpful! And Joseph gave us great suggestions for the rest of our Portugal trip.

Midden in het levendige centrum van Tomar, goede bedden, rijk ontbijt, parkeergarage vlakbij, restaurant met heerlijk eten (wel prijzig).
