Hotel Villa Maria

Located near the heart of Sant’Angelo. Family run with a local feel. Great value. Spectacular views.

Villa Maria is an idyllic place to land. The family that runs it are welcoming and attentive hosts. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The views are stunning. The food is incredible. We would come back here again and again.

We only regret not eating dinner there every night of our stay. We ate dinner on the last night and it was delicious and abundant. Dining in Sant Angelo is good, but eating at Villa Maria is special, and if we were to do it again, we would eat there all or most evenings.

Beautiful location, wonderful breakfast, staff was very friendly!

The bed was comfortable, but was two singles put together so there was a ridge. Towels were a little threadbare.

We loved the location of the main property, the view was stunning but we didn't realise the other property (where we stayed) was going to be so far from the main hotel. It was just a 5 minute walk but still felt like we were staying at a completely different place to what we booked. We had dinner at the hotel twice during our stay, the food was amazing super fresh and great value for money. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The family who run the hotel were all very kind, helpful and informative. Overall very happy that we chose to stay at Villa Maria and would come back again.

The beds were a little hard and we would have preferred a double bed (not 2 singles pushed together). As mentioned above we didn't think it was very clear when booking that the other hotel building was so far away.
