I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, due to several serious issues, we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately after checking the room. Although the hotel exterior looked beautiful and the photos on your website appeared promising, the condition of the room was far from what was advertised. The issues we encountered included: Dirty and stained towels, no hot water in the bathroom, A leaking shower, a Mini fridge with no power Overall room cleanliness was very poor An unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere, the main power keeps cutting off, even though I left my scarf behind didn't bother to go and collect. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it did not meet even the basic standards of comfort and hygiene. We had to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere, which caused a great deal of inconvenience. I request that you investigate this matter seriously, as the room was not in a suitable condition for guests. I also hope that immediate steps will be taken to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of your property to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Location is very convenient.

We arrived around 12 noon. At that time, they said the previous guests had just left, and they couldn't arrange an early check-in. We totally accepted this and left to come back at 2 p.m., their correct check-in time. However, they then said the room was still not available as they still had to clean the bathroom. The receptionists were unfriendly and disrespectful. We waited around 45 minutes to check in. The bathroom floor was still wet when we entered. There was no WiFi inside the room. It was only available in public areas. The room was next to the restaurant, making it very noisy. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

One of the best staying of my entire life as it was so memorable staying for us. Pool was so clean and staff was amazing.
