Restaurant has huge portions, if ordering separately from buffet. Location is very close to multiple sightseeing places. Nice big pool.

Loud music till 11:00 pm or 23:00. Wifi has limited coverage - only ground floor, maybe 1st as well - no coverage on 2nd.

"Exceptional value for money."

The place is exceptionally well maintained for a rest house. The room is spacious and the bathroom was clean. The restaurant served quality food.

The bathroom shower stall was leaking which made the floor wet.

The location is central to the university, hospital and places of interest such as the botanical gardens in Peradeniya. The breakfast was worthy for the price (but is a Sri Lankan one)

There was no free WiFi in the rooms. Cleanliness of the dining area and the corridors/public space could improve. There was a lot of chatter of the staff heard at late night
