Convenient location.

No coffee in the room they had only tea.. I specifically booked for twin beds, but when I got there, they said they were already taken...

It is worth the price we pay. Good comfortable room, spacious, location is central.

The AC was a bit low. But they managed to fix it.

Relaxed place. I go there for the availability of parking. Rooms are old but good. There is a pool which you can use. Restaurant is good and tasty foods.

Excellent location right in front of the Royal Botanical Gardens, obsequious and skilled staff. On site restaurants provide good food at reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Overall, it's certainly, good value for money.

Wash rooms could do with some renovations to repair leaking shower stalls. Need to be more generous with good qulaity towels. Need at least 2 bath towels and small towels per occupant (Current allocation is just 1 low quality towel). Needs more regular and frequent room cleaning for long term occupants.
