Centric Hotel

I stayed 2 nights and found the staff to be polite and helpful. My first night it was very noisy as I was close to the bar. My second night was very good. I enjoyed my stay and found the view of the city lovely. Thank you

good breakfast, friendly staff

Clean and spacious room, good showers, nice breakfast. But the most important thing is that the staff are just amazing!! The most friendly, supportive and helpfull I ever met.

The hotel is a bit far from the convention center (about half an hour's walk) but you can easily get there using a normal taxi or a motorcycle taxi

They overbooked the hotel and did not have my booking.com reservation, even though I had it on my account and had messaged with the property a few days prior to arriving to confirm my stay. I had to switch to a different hotel, which they then said was too expensive for them to cover so I switched to a THIRD hotel. The whole ordeal took 2 hours.

It's close to town. The room was spacious. We arrived in the wee hours of the night and were able to check in.

The stay was a bit frustrating as the hotel claimed to have received different details of the booking from what was on our side. The toiletries in the room were for one person and on requesting for additional, they said the room was booked for one adult, yet on our side it clearly showed 2 adults. We had to pay excess of what amount was stated by booking.com as they said that's their rate. And the receptionists weren't friendly.

The breakfast is very good. The staff are very nice and helpful. They can help you with ordering a taxi, where to find a pharmacy, etc. The hotel is clean and is for a good price.
