Centric Hotel

For my purposes - the location was excellent (walking distance to BK Arena and stores) - breakfast very good - staff friendly and room very nice with balcony.

It's within the proximity of the city and the staff are friendly

My room key got misplaced a number of times

The room was excellent, spacious, and clean, offering stunning views that made the stay memorable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all other aspects of my stay were pleasant. Despite the subpar breakfast, the superb room and breathtaking views make this hotel a worthy choice for travelers. the proximity within the city helped

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the poor breakfast. The food was cold, unappetizing, and lacked variety. The limited options were a real letdown, and the overall quality was unacceptable for the price. I expected a much better start to my day, but instead, I left the dining area feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

After booking over a month in advance I arrived here from the airport only to be told that they were fully booked and there was no room for me. The staff member at the Centric did however arrange a booking at a nearby hotel for me.

Betty and Chancling were very responsive and went out of their way to help. We also appreciated the use of the conference room and received excellent attention from Innocent. Thank you!

Staff very helpful and service oriented!

The hotel itself was very nice. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The price on Booking was $65, this was not honored by the hotel at all. They charged me for 1.5 days when I only stayed for 18 hours not even the full 24 hours. They charged me $99 for a day and a half. My flight had me to leave at 3am in the morning way before the 11am check out time!
