The hotel pictures weren't good enough online. I had reservations until I saw the rooms. Looks better than the pictures

I purchased a Twin deluxe - on Booking.com, the room specs was for 50sqm but the room I got was barely 30sqm. There were lots of amenities advertised on Booking that were simply not available. The fridge did not work and they had to bring in another fridge (there goes another of my limited sqms!). Many of the plugs in the room did not work and one fried my computer charger cable. The hotel management kept telling me that while I didn't get the room I paid for, "it's a nice room, no?" Booking was absolutely no help at all when I contacted them to explain that the hotel was not honoring the purchase I made through their website. So nothing changed, Was overcharged for something I didn't want.

I would like to compliment the staff…they wea all friendly and professional.it was a loving relaxing stay.the room was very clean…the food was so amazing…most of all the service was exceptional
