I WAS CHARGED TWICE BY THIS HOTEL. I BOOKED AN ACCOMODATION AND PAID THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHEN MY GUEST ARRIVED SHE ALSO PAID. I AM REQUESTING FOR A REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT SAYINHG ANY THING

Breakfast could be better and please let the residents know that there is an outside terrace to sit and have your breakfast.

The meals took long.And construction was going on.

"My stay and experience at the hotel was good enough, for the purpose of my visit to Rwanda."

Location was good, in CBD. Breakfast was also quite okay. My room had a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

Dinner options seemed limited. Multiple wifi passwords required at different parts of the hotel.
