Centric Hotel

Rooms were great value, new hotel, spacious rooms, nice bed, shower, view from balcony beautiful. has elevator.

Food was a little average a took a while to come.

The location was fantastic and the proximity was great, the breakfast was ok, the staff were friendly and supportive, the environment was serene and quiet.

Some of amenities that was listed at the time of booking was not available,(microwave) it took the intervention of the manager on duty before that was rectified. The staff has to also work on their response time

Excellent view of sunset, conventional centre, superb Customer Service and support! Innocent, one of their staff has exemplary patience in offering support.

Nothing much, this is a place i recommend anytime to all.

we didn't get to stay at the hotel, because it was full when we got there. we booked this hotel through booking.com where it showed they had availability but when go to the hotel they had already given our room to some else, they were other guest we met at the lobby having the same issue. well the stuff was helpful and showed us a different hotel for us to go in the middle of the night.

I booked the hotel for the view of Kigali.

The room I was assigned was it clean and I had to request that they clean it

The breakfast was good and the location great

The hotel wanted me to pay more that what had committed through the app

Sometimes it was not hot enough
