Het gemis aan receptiepersoneel bij in- en uitchecken.. Airco of ventilador op de kamer? Was wel een extreem warme periode (+ 30 graden in de schaduw)

Location - just across the station. Quiet room on the inside. Easy check in and out. Restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was good.

Very narrow toilet and a bit outdated. Mosquito nets on the windows made the room look dark and a bit unfriendly - but I guess its good to keep window open and Mosquitos out in the summer. A bit of smell in the toilet upon arrival.

I would have liked a fan in the room

I knew from the map that it was close to the train station, but I hadn't realised HOW close. Incredibly convenient! The breakfast spread was also incredible. They held my luggage while I visited Leuven before check-in, and the whole was incredibly easy.

It runs on a self-service basis with online check-in and check-out. I didn't mind, but I wasn't expecting it, and I know some don't like the absence of people! I received a lot of messages for a simple process, and didn't like being contacted via WhatsApp as well as email. It's more of a restaurant with rooms above it than a hotel, but does the job wonderfully.

Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner bien fourni.

L'absence d'ascenseur peut causer quelques désagréments si bagages lourds et encombrants.
