De borden bij het ontbijt waren niet proper: er hing nog eten van de vorige persoon aan Ik miste een waterkoker op de kamer. In de lavabo hing nog tandpasta van de vorige persoon.

A small hotel which gave us exactly what we wanted - an overnight stop near the station and the old parts of the city. Short walk into the very centre of historic Louvain where there are interesting things to see and lots of restaurants and bars. Fairly basic room with good bathroom - would have been unsuitable for a week's stay. The price was very reasonable. Up some steep stairs (no lift) - just be aware. Our windows overlooked a square where there were outside dining tables as well as people hanging out. Worried it might be noisy (as we had to have the windows open) but it was absolutely fine. Very tasty breakfast (included). You can see the station across the square from the hotel so no worries about missing your train!

Light in bathroom a bit dim and sink didn't drain well. I would have pointed the sink out to the owner in the morning (it's not an uncommon problem) but we didn't see him.

Het hotel ligt tegenover het station, zodat je bij aankomst direct kunt inchecken. De kamer is ruim en netjes ingericht. Het ontbijt prima. Bij aankomst was de ontvangst heel vriendelijk.

Het hotel ligt tegenover het station aan een plein met terrassen. I.v.m. het geluid van buiten zouden dubbele ramen wel fijn zijn.

Middenin het centrum, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Kamer en badkamer echt klein voor 2 personen. Erg warm in de kamer en erg gedateerd.

De digitale incheck was niet echt duidelijk op voorhand

L’ampiezza della stanza e del bagno, gli arredi moderni, la presenza di una bottiglia d’acqua che ho trovato molto accogliente, materasso e cuscini ottimi. Buona la posizione, vicino molto alla stazione, ma a piedi è facile raggiungere i principali punti di interesse in pochi minuti. Il personale di sala è stato gentile nell’indicare dove effettuare il check-in.

Si accede alla struttura passando attraverso un ristorante, questa cosa non è molto comoda sia per la colazione sia se si arriva la sera con i bagagli e dovrebbe essere specificata. Inoltre era assente l’ascensore è le scale con le valigie non sono comodissime. Andrebbe specificato. La colazione non era molto ricca, non ho trovato un personale e estremamente accogliente la mattina è sicuramente andrebbe migliorata perché non è in linea con comunque la qualità delle stanze proposte.

Great location opposite the station and not far to walk to the centre. Good storage for our bikes overnight in the garage. Very good breakfast.

Room needed a refresh but for the price, it was fine.

Check in process is simple online but failed a couple of times, and there is not a fixed hotel reception, so if you have some questions not so easy but this is easily overcome with a phone call

駅前にありチェックイン前でも荷物を預かってくれるので行動がしやすくて便利。スタッフが本当にとてもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。朝食は美味しくて3泊しても食べ飽きなかったです。オムレツ（？）とソーセージと玉ねぎの炒めが特に好きでした(^^)部屋が広くて内装も可愛く使いやすくて清潔です。ミニ冷蔵庫があって大助かりでした！コーヒーマシンを使えるので部屋でコーヒーや持参したお茶を飲めました。

歴史ある建物のようなので廊下の声や物音が夜遅いと辛いです。お互いに配慮したいですね。。エレベーターの無いことは知っていたので心の準備をして行き^^気になりませんでした。
