Personnel adorable. Chambre de caractère. Belle salle de bain. Calme.

La fait d'aller chercher les clefs dans un autre bâtiment sans personnel fait un peu amateur. Le lit double était en fait composé de deux matelas rapprochés. Restaurant fermé. Buffet du petit-déjeuner un peu léger. Tout cela au regard du prix de la chambre bien entendu.

On y retournera on a adoré l’ambiance transgenerationnelle . Le goût du recevoir merveilleux

le village de Lutter est au calme à l'écart des route touristiques d'Alsace. L'accueil est simple et chaleureux. La terrasse et le restaurant sont agréables. Petit déjeuner simple. Bon accueil pour les enfants.

La situation et la gentillesse du personnel.

Excellent across all categories of our experience. Staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Room was clean & peaceful with a good bathroom. The property oozes charm and history. Breakfast was fresh with warm bread, cheese, meats, cereals, OJ etc. Will definitely return.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic location, literally a little gem in the nature with nice trails and hiking paths near. The building is very charming with its old traditional Alsacian character. There is free parking in the premises. The room was very clean. The family restaurant is located in short proximity with great meat options, well prepared and a variety of local beers.

The Hostellerie is quite old and there is no sound proofing. Our neighbors from upstairs were walking with brick shoes plus their phones ringing non stop plus all their bathroom functions made the first night of our stay unbearable. Then they left, overall unless you are on a top floor prepare to hear everything and be part of your neighbors private moments. The beds were too soft, not to our liking but that's a preference. Finally, nature had taken over a part of the parking spots which limits the parking space significantly if you have a large car.

The price ended up at 168 instead of 128, not cool. Extra bed extra cost, not informed. Breakfast at 14 eur pp not much choice. Overall price more expensive.
