Lovely and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was eager to rush us through our food order and again starting to clear the table before everyone had finished eating I thought was a little rude and could do with supplying a bottle of water instead of using water from a bathroom tap and update sockets with a usb slot so you can easily change your phone like most modern hotel rooms these days

Food was average but did not half half the menu Breakfast was awful not edible

The staff were very friendly and helpful

We stayed for two nights, our room was not cleaned etc. The English breakfast, although had all the elements of the good old english breakfast, it was very greasy. The Continental breakfast consisted of croissants, and of course serials but no other pastries or cheeses which are often a choice at hotels and considering there was at the time, Italian, Australian and American guests, I think some struggled for what they would normally have for breakfast.

The breakfast was cooked to perfection and EVERY item was hot which is extremely unusual.
