The staff were excellent. Accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Coffee was terrible, breakfast poor and continental sparse.

Great sized family room, convenient location outside the main town centre but still walkable if you don't mind hills. Comfortable beds, room had all we needed for the night. Ate elsewhere but friendly atmosphere for drinks and little play area for kids in the beer garden.

The location and staff are amazing as always. Free parking and restaurant on site is fantastic.

Marsdens have spoilt the whole experience. We have been going for years and so much has changed and defo not for the better. The cost has nearly doubled if you add the extra charge for breakfast. In the restaurant the staff are run ragged with so few staff to run the establishment correctly. The heat over the week has been so intense and they expect three staff members and one chef to run it all. The staff are amazing and so friendly but our hearts go out to them. Have had to look for alternative accomadion for our next visit as I can not watch people working twelve hour shifts for days on end.
