Hotel is not far from town centre, located in quiet area. Aldi & Sainsbury's is not far as well. I was really enjoyed as always. Would come back on 100%. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient location, close to Whitby and the Moors

The rooms could do with a refresh but were clean and tidy

Location of the hotel was ideal for walking into Whitby, its a mile's walk as parking in Whitby is very limited.

Breakfast service is very slow and due to the lack of staff, choices for Continental Breakfast was limited as the one member of staff was trying to take breakfast orders, serve cooked breakfast and in between replenish the hot water for Tea and Coffee. Water was in two large water cannisters that were not big enough for the amount of people having breakfast. Every morning, we had to ask for them to be filled up, coffee bags to be replenished and no cups and tea spoons. The solution to this would be to employ more staff.
