Hotel Brigitte

We are two families just back from a wonderful week in Ischgl. Staying at the Hotel Brigitte was excellent. Great attention to detail in everything. In particular the food was amazing. The evening dining was equivalent to fine dining in any top restaurant with the meticulous presentation and taste of the food. Breakfast also has a great choice with delicious fresh breads and wide range of foods with a chef cooking a range of hot foods and waffles. A particular note of thanks to Kristian who was our superb waiter and made our experience in the restaurant every morning and evening so special. The hotel served an afternoon snack which was so welcoming coming off the slopes. However, it was Joki and Lukas who brought the bar area alive with their big smiles and always-on friendliness. It is staff like these that make a huge effort to ensure you feel like you really are on holiday. The hotel is very well located within a few short steps to a lift that brings you to a travelator that brings you to the Fimba gondola .... very short. Then in the evening you can ski to a point that is about 200m from the hotel. (If you are very confident you can actually ski direct to the hotel). The Spa area is very good and sizable and again with attention to detail. Thanks to all in Hotel Brigitte for making the week so enjoyable and memorable.

This was our second visit to this hotel after first coming here in 2017 and it’s still as lovely as it was seven years ago. The rooms are spotlessly clean and appear to have been renovated since our last visit. All members of staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Demet in the restaurant who was so attentive and for whom nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is good as it’s only a short walk to the lift into the Dorftunnel which takes you to two of the gondolas. Highly recommended.
