- sehr freundlicher Empfang und während des Aufenthalts freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende - Das Haus besticht durch die Einrichtung, Spa- und Wellnessangebot, tolle Küche - Frühstück wie auch Abendessen - Parkmöglichkeiten top - Fahrradverleih und Unterstützung bei allen aufkommenden Fragen - modernes und bequemes Mobiliar- in den Zimmern wie auf Terrassen usw. - Bettqualität gut

- leider liegt das Hotel in der Nähe der Zufahrtstraße nach Lazise; ab und an Lärm durch hochmotorisierte Fahrzeuge - Tip an die Restaurantleitung: Für das Servicepersonal würde eine Tischnummerierung beim Servieren eine gute Orientierung bieten. Die Mitarbeitenden überspielen manchen Faux pas aber durch Fröhlichkeit und Leichtigkeit.

Sehr schönes Resort in wunderbarer Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet - besonders hat mir das Restaurant im 2. Stock gefallen - sehr schöne Aussicht beim Abendessen.
