The gardens were beautiful and pools were a fantastic place to entertain kids and to hang out for the day.

Beds were so hard. Food was not good, nachos were terrible. Breakfast was ok

I booked a delux ground floor room The allocated room I was given smelled of damp so badly that the staff member asked me to wait outside or in the dining area while they found an alternative room for the first night. They were to find me an equivalent room over the next few days. They said there wasn’t one when I asked. So my stay was in a basic room up stairs which I found physically difficult every time I left and returned to my room for two weeks. Plus I paid extra for the deluxe room. No offer of credit or refund or apology. So very disappointed.

The faculties-swimming pool and bar was outstanding. The staff were lovely and friendly. The bedroom/beds were great and I had a conjoining room with my teenage boys which was great. The location was amazing with the beach on one side and shopping and restaurants on both sides. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

My son enjoys his gym daily and he was disappointed in the gym facilities very little equipment and old and broken. Our bathroom was old and ran down. It would be great to have a safe in the bedroom. We had a tea buffet one night and the food was terrible. We couldn’t eat it.
