Staff were nice

The pool area had alot of concrete, not a lot of grass, people left towels on seats and disappeared for ages. A few days the music at the pool was so loud for a few people that were drinking there, that alot of people were moving away. It was not relaxing at all. Music is fine, but not like that.

Everything except the check in process

The check in process where we were initially allocated a room over looking the car park when we had booked a garden view room. Once we pointed this out the room was changed to garden view room
