The Jayakarta Bali Beach Resort

Location was mint, staff unsurpassed with friendliness. pricing amazing. ease of booking and all dealings prior to coming and whilst staying made so easy, nothing was too hard

the room where we stayed was very dated, but we only used it for sleeping really. tje food could of been hgotter when served. room servicer was ok we had the microwave to heat up food.

The value for money was great and the staff were very friendly.

It was hard to get a sun lounger as people were putting towels down early and leaving for the day.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything and near a lively and fun party of the beach. The pools are spotless. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. Grounds are lovely. Atmosphere is friendly and fun.

The rooms are dated and need attention - loose toilet seats, old mold around the bath/shower, fittings unsecure (however, they attended to the problems as soon as requested). Guests get out before breakfast and put towels on daybeds so it's nearly impossible to get one, unless you turn into an awful person too

The location is fabulous, lots of shops, cafe, laundry all within easy walking distance

Very very disappointed. Do not come here if you want a warm and fuzzy Bali first experience; we didn't even get a welcome drink. The reception staff's English is not great, and they actually downgraded my room but told me no price difference. When I went through Booking.com, they said they couldn't help and that a Manager would come and see me. I saw no manager, and when I checked out, she looked at me blankly. The room I paid for is not what I got at all. My friends paid a lot less for the same room. Be VERY careful, as they are not interested in fixing the issue. I was very disappointed and could have stayed at a much nicer place. The room was old and smelly, and the room service was adequate but not amazing. If you want budget then this is ok but make sure you get the room you paid for!!

Pools were big and a very refreshing temperature. Food was enjoyable and fairly priced. Breakfast was pretty good and even though there wasn't a huge variety of food, if you couldn't find something to eat, you are pretty hard to please. The Eggman was awesome and definitely knows how to cook his eggs in any shape or form. Rooms although needing an upgrade were very clean and the beds were comfortable

My husband didn't like the hand shower. Shelving in the wardrobe would be great to allow you to put your clothes away instead of leaving them in your suitcase for the duration of your stay.

Breakfast was very good as they had Vegemite 😀. Location was good. The staff were very obliging and always smiling.

We had room service on our last night. My husband was very sick after the hamburger and 5 days later he is still unwell! Disappointed the ping pong table was in a very bad state and needs replacing. The tennis courts could be converted into pickleball courts. Disappointed we couldn’t get a lounger around the pools, towels left all day with no one on them, should be taken away after a certain time to be fair.
