We had no hot water for our shower, we reported it every day, sometimes 2-3 , they said they'll fix it, but we still had cold water, we had 1 hot shower in 4 nights

The beautiful gardens, and position

Maintenance , a few things need a kick of paint especially the old bar on the back street it doesn’t help the look of the hotel

Grounds and pool area spotless staff always cleaning. buffet breakfast daily had everything we needed no issues.

Rooms are abit dated. No room safe

The pool and in-pool bar and the 24 hour restaurant were sensational. I had a room within easy walk of the pool area and facilities which are the centrepiece of the hotel. The hotel backs onto Legian beach and Legian's shopping and entertainment district are right on your doorstep so the location is tremendous! The rooms were a bit dated but the bed was very comfy and both the aircon and the fan worked well. If you're mad enough to use hot water, it worked fine in the bathrooms. The staff and lovely and very helpful and my room got made up very well and in the morning (isn't it baffling how some hotels are still making up rooms at 3pm??). One of the pools is long enough to get some decent laps in for the guilt conscious.

There;s no safe in the room (although they have facilities at reception). Also it would be better if the gym opened early like 6am or so. It opens at 10:30am from memory and there's no chance of me going in there so close to lunchtime cocktails.

The location was excellent and breakfast every morning was wonderful. Rooms were well tended to and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pools were great and overall great place to stay and good location. Highly recommend.

The room is tired dated and extremely depressing no natural light and window dressings that have been up as long as the hotel ... Towels are dirty grey Shower over bath required replacement only 3 jet sprays were working and water hits you in face and black sediment comes out everytime water 1st ran blocking it up again Whole place requires a re fit No where near enough sunbeds most beds are in direct sun. Breakfast was however ok .

As above Hotel extremely poor maybe put more attention into the hotel as the grounds
