"Lovely setting and nice English pub"

Food was great and the rooms were amazing, very comfortable and loved the attention to details

The only down side was we asked to cancel a room due to a bereavement but they didn't allow the cancellation so we had to pay for 3 missing persons inclusive of breakfasts which they obviously didn't have.

"All in all had a lovely stay"

We had a wheelchair access room (wasn't needed) so we had a lot of space.

The mattrass was a little uneven and could be improved upon considering the prices.

"We wanted to show my son Malham Cove and Gordale Scar"

It was my wife and I Golden Wedding so we went to Malham because it was where we had our honeymoon

It was all we wanted we came with our son and daughter in law

Food outstanding Staff warm and friendly Facilities excellent

The whole booking process with booking .com. Totally user unfriendly. Impossible to communicate with. No reply to emails. I will not be using booking .com ever again
