Did not like booking with booking.com as the room we were in was tiny we told booking.com that we did not want a small room.we asked for a room with a view over the Front of Hotel as we have stayed there several times times. We asked the Hotel Manager to upgrade on arrival have to seeing the Room and they were willing to oblige our request but told us as you have booked with booking.com we can not change. I would like my money back from booking.com as you ruined our stay at Th Lister Arms RSVP
