Room, bed, AC, water, towels, breakfast, all nice and proper, and a helpful service desk - would return any time:)

Nicely located in the center of Stone Town. It is not (yet) a tourist hotel (it is quite new). You are in the real Stone Town at the corner of the spice market. Staff is nice and the place is comfortable !!

🙁Breakfast is chaotic. Toaster need to be replaced. Replacing powder coffee by real coffee could be a plus. One person serving and doing the checking-outs at the same time. But I convinced this will improve.

Modern simple hotel -very friendly staff -our flight arrived late so we also arrived late at hotel but it wasn’t a problem even though it was 3 am !

dirty flor in the bathroom, 2 worms on the bedsheets.

Good location, though hard to find, when arriving in stowntown. I like the bed and that there was a balcony, though the balcony was quite small. Good wifi. And I always appreciate a cosy little lamp with "warm" light

Alcohol is forbidden in the hotel. A fridge would have been great. More water pressure as well...
