good property.

The property itself was great very nicely decorated to a standard befitting of its name.

I didn’t like that receptionists did t speak a word of English, no tours were offered and I couldn’t even get change of 500,000 dong off them.

everything looks very clean except for the first day the floor smells fishy. And the room is spacious, view is good, location is good.

there is only 1 key so it’s a a bit inconvenient. the bed is a bit hard but it doesn’t bother me.

Rooms are spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. Worth mentioning is one of the staff that had great English and was very kind, sadly I Can't recall his name, but he was the only male staff member in the hotel.

Most of the staff, especially the receptionists, could barely speak English, making it almost impossible to communicate. Breakfast is dull, with very limited options for those who struggle with eating pho first thing in the morning. Room soundproofing is bad. I woke up early each morning from the voices of other guests in the hall outside the room.

Lovely hotel, we changed to this from a budget hotel, were very happy. friendly helpful staff. away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

Breakfast was not available due to re-opening after Covid.
