"Horrible experience. I was totally exposed to accidents or potential hijacking"

Nothing…I was not allowed in because I did not appear on the guest list. I was turned away @ 12 midnight and had to drive back to Durban…a 4hours trip.

There was no one at reception. All administrative duties were left to the security who could not make any decisions. When he called the reception attendant she said there was nothing she could do and we had to get hold of the owner. The owner did not pick up her phone

The room was clean

The shower was very untidy with black marks all over the tiles, the shower door opens the wrong way about. Bit off a squeeze to get in. Maybe it was just that room,as the last stay was very a pleasant one
