I was booking because I had attended a church convention and the service ended very late as 22h00 but when I informed them that I will be late and they didn't have any issues but found them waiting for us

There were no bathroom mats when getting out of the shower such that my friend almost fell due to slippery floor

The receptionist made sure that were settled in properly and even helped us with our bags

Check in is 2 o’clock but we got there at 3 o’clock and the room wasn’t ready

Checking in was an issue. We booked a week ago and when we got there we had to wait an hour because they couldn't find our booking

The night shift security guard went an extra mile to help us

The manager must know his or her job, it took us almost an hour to sort out the booking and I find it very unprofessional. Another thing is the internet it's either they have or not because the one that is there is very poor.
