Hot water, clean bathroom and okay bed, DSTV.

The reception was extremely filthy and not tidy when we arrived. It was disappointing to walk into a Guest house that wasn't cleaned after having a function. Couldn't open the bedroom curtains because they were bulky and stuck. Hinterland Owner, please be extremely serious about the business you are doing. Don't succumb to poor standard in this day and age. Your staff doesn't know what they are doing, they are not professional and will ruin your business. Please revamp room 7 and 8. Fix the curtains so that bedroom windows can be opened for needed fresh air!!!. provide more dustbins, especially outside so that guests wont litter. Invest in proper security to ensure guests are safe. Please obtain professional reservations agents ASAP!!! Please consider getting uniform for your staff, they must look like they are at work and not winding around the place as if they were just passing by. Please improve customer service. Hinterland owner, try staying there in your own business, in room 7 or 8 for 2 nights, and see if you will enjoy what you are proving to your guests. Staff were great.

Staff was not friendly and helpfull. Extremely noisy. No consideration given towards guests. This is not a place to stay if you would like to relax.

I did not have breakfast

I travelled for work and require an Invoice. It’s been over a week since my stay and I have not received my invoice, instead, they say their system is down and will send me one when it’s resolved. The property is now no longer replying to my messages putting me in avery compromising position.
