Location perfect for Leighton Moss and trips into south lakes. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Food was great, we ended up eating at the restaurant every evening as the quality and choice was very good. Breakfast was really good and staff were efficient at taking yoir order and getting food to you. Spot on!. Lovely spot for evening walks

On site Parking limited, though we never had a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - I only used the bar area in addition to my room - but it was welcoming and served very reasonably priced drinks. Small issue of no towels being left in my room, and missing hairdryer - however, staff responded immediately I highlighted it to them.

Although I had a small single room, I still think there would have been sufficient space for a small chair - I only had the bed to sit in to read/watch TV so it could have been a bit more comfortable.

Was expecting to stay in a single room with a separate bathroom and, instead, was given an unexpected double room with ensuite. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly, and a special shout-out to the bar staff on duty on Friday night (29th May).

Just a request to clean the vent in the bathroom.
