Hearty meal, friendly service

The hotel is next to the river so you can enjoy the river view in your room and also when you are in the thermal bath and in the panoramic sauna, you still can see that view. It feels like you connect to nature. It is so relaxing.

I loved staying at this hotel. The room was large, there was a view of the river, easy walk across an indoor bridge to the pool, spa, and gym. The pool was fabulous and fun. There’s a separate spa area, with several saunas that are also excellent. The gym is pretty and well appointed. The shower was great, the breakfast was also great. We rented e-bikes from the front desk and had an excellent ride on the bike path along the river. We traveled across Germany for a month, and this was my favorite hotel of the trip. Highly recommend!

Need fresh towels for sauna first thing in morning. Maybe an issue point in hotel would be better than issuing then with with room cleaning

1 bottle of water for 2 people in a double room should be increased to 1 bottle per person, as people are using the spa and sauna facilities and water should be included. I also missed a water kettle which is generally offered in all hotels of this category.

True wellness experience! Exceptionally clean and the sauna facilities are great for a relaxing break. View on the river and woods is amazing, sleep with the calming sounds of water flowing

Minor point of improvement: spa could offer more healthy food options for dinner. Hotel breakfast was amazing and offered many good options
