Lovely room, deluxe bathroom, adjoins the spa facilities. The restaurant downstairs has a great supper and breakfast buffet. Gorgeous views!

An excellent package, everything worked well, almost no complaints. Stayed for two nights with access to the spa (Emser Therme). The room was spacious and very pleasant. Everything was brand new and clean. Our room had a great view to the river and the small waterfall in the middle of it. The hills behind the town gave a sense of being surrounded by nature. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint about our entire stay is that it was impossible to get two single beds instead of a double bed. Breakfast was excellent! Great assortments of items and everything tasted fresh. Some items were also changed out for the next day, which further added variety. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. A buffet is always hard to nail, but the food tasted fresh and all the options were tasty. A la Carte was also available. The spa was terrific! A wide variety of pools, ranging from cold to hot with massaging bubbles. There was also a poolside bar with snacks and drinks. Great location! Very friendly staff. The receptionist who handled our check-out was articulate and spoke slow German so that we could practice and understand. Special thanks to the Slightly older gentleman at the front desk!
