"Relaxing stay in beautiful Bad Ems."

The rooms are new, nicely furnished and have a beautiful view over the rapids of the Lahn river. Easy access through a corridor to the spa, sauna and outdoor pools made for a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Steffi in the shop, Mary on reception, Hausmeisters Matchi and Alex, who explained how to use the E-bikes which guests can rent.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, but there was limited plant based choice, only cereal and fruit. There was lactose free milk, but nothing plant based. For a 4 star hotel with international guests this was surprising.

"No fitness before 8 AM"

A very nice hotel, but you a not allowed to use the fitness facilities before 8 AM. Excuse me but I have never experienced that on a hotel before. This hotel has a certain quality standard, but apparently not when it comes to opening hours in the gym.
