"I booked a Deluxe Double Room, but on arrival, walked into a Standard Twin Room. When I enquired this, they just said so"

The rooms were easily accessible, good view of the pool / outside area.

Not very clean, broken tiles all over the passages/corridors. When we got to our room, there was water all over the bathroom floor - almost like something was leaking. It teams like the outside pool and bar area is more maintained than that rooms.

The location is good

The sofas are falling apart. We cannot adjust the cold and hot water in the bathroom. There are no mirrors. There is nothing to hold the soap when you bath. The bathroom door handle is broken. The walls are dirty. They also claimed there was quad biking, yet there is only one quad bike available. The resort opened two hours late, and only 30 minutes after opening did they switch on the water for the kids.
