The family rooms are exceptional, the staff is welcoming and awesome. My boy enjoyed the pools and we all enjoyed the food

Most of the activities such the cart cars are not available, which is disappointing.

The pictures posted about the place was inaccurate. The rooms need a big upgrade

Our booking was for a superior luxury chalet, but what were got was a gloomy looking chalet that did not look luxurious at all. There was a hole on the ground and a drain with no cover near entrance, which is dangerous. Someone could fall there if walking at night. These chalets are still under renovation. Maybe once it's all done it might be better.

I like the fact that its location is close to lots of attractions, the nature part of it is the best, the cleanliness and garden maintenance is on point around the Waterpark.

The Chalet is full of ants, no matter one try to keep it clean, there is ants everywhere, one of the couches is not comfortable to sit on just to relax. Bathroom has spider webs and spiders. The silicone in the shower is old and has fallen off. Some proper cleaning and maintenance is needed. I think it is better to also provide list of things that one will find in the kitchen, e.g there's no containers to keep food in the fridge. Please consider revisiting the chalets and maintain it, some touch up is needed. Please get nice beddings for the small bed, the state of that bed looks horrible from the time we got in, I wouldn't allow even my child to sleep on it, it seems like one would wake up with rush all over his or her body. Lastly plugs needs to be wiped and provide Tea, Coffee, and Sugar even if is 4 sachets of each.

The shower didn't work properly, there weren't enough dishes. There was constant noise from neighbors loud music had to keep calling reception. The beds where terrible 😫
