It’s dirty outdoor and interior hygiene is on 0 level even my grandparents house at rural village better than this chalet.. you need to work on streets to get to the house it’s mud when it rains and makes it difficult to walk outside on top of that they do provide mops and brooms to clean no brushes no detergent to clean the toilets☹️ the hygiene from the place you see from outside I won’t suggest anyone to visit this place their price doesn’t match the quality of facility it makes sense why they do not allow refund the place is dirt where my kids was staying the couches has nasty white stain 😤 do better on stoep paint it or tile it it’s dirty the white chairs and tables outside the colour turn to brown it’s annoying … the bar controlled by whites they only play their boring music…

staff are friendly, room was clean and comfortable worth the price.

TV was not playing and was fixed on the second night of arrival.

The place was okay. But didn't accommodate us for the weather. It was supper cold with very light summer covers. Aircorn didn't work only blew out cold air. The was in controlled noise at 3am that went on for almost an hour of our neighbors screaming and fighting. Phone didn't work for reception. In the morning at 8 we googled the reception number, called from our cellphones to request an iron for our clothes. We called a total or 3 times over a space of 2 hours right up untill we checked out, noonever ever came. Everytime we called the receptionist she kept saying someone is coming. The hotel is honestly not that big. Overall I would give it a 2 and that's for the guys that helped with bags and that we just had a place to stay. Won't be visiting again.
