The hotel rooms were fair enough, i think the bad reviews are too over exaggerated, we booked 2 double rooms and 1 single beds room, I was happy with the rooms. It was a last minute booking and judging from the reviews I expected way worse, however what I found was not bad at all. Our rooms were clean and we enjoyed the pool view and Marimba entertainment. The staff was friendly and helpful, they offered to help carry our luggage always smiling. The bartender(forgot his name) was so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the omelette was so good and there was so many choices to choose from.

Noisy neighbours arguing at night, we had to call the reception to report them and someone was sent immediately to tell them to keep quiet, this really helped. I think their Restaurant is short staffed, we had to beg for drinks, we almost got away without paying the bill coz no one was serving our table, but because we are honest people, the kind bartender sorted us out and cleared our table

The propriety was clean and comfortable

We ddnt have bath tub stopper for the rest of our stay, i reported immediately but i didn’t get any response nor assistance , it was difficult to bath my 3 year old daughter daughter.

Spacious but it needs some revamp,it has great potential to be a great holiday resort❤️
