They have old furniture, there's no fridge in the rooms, ventilation in the toilets doesn't work and they have very old carpets. The bar area doesn't sell alcohol

The stoep completely flooded when it rained and it was mud everywhere with no mop or broom to try and clean. In terms of cutlery and crockery there were not even 4 of each, nor enough towels. We had to ask many times for the room to be setup with 2 single beds. The fridge didn’t go cold. The couch was broken. It didn’t have a braai. There was a mouldy smell in the chalet. In general the place does not seem to be maintained.

The location was good.

I had to ask for bath towels 4 times. The bar at the hotel's pool doesn't sell anything to drink. The shower in our unit did not work, the fridge didn't cool and the lights in the unit was so pale one can hardly see what is going on in the house.

Location, mountains etc, food was affordable and good, they didn't serve alcohol whiched actually helped

The aircon didn't work, the doors didn't close properly, the paint peeled, the furniture was old and worn out, the toilet didn't flush properly,
