The outside of the chalets is very dirty

Had a pleasant stay. The staff went an extra mile to make our stay pleseant. The are 2 reception ladies when we checked in that stood out for us and assisted us with even changing our rooms when we weren't 100% satisfied with the rooms. Did so much with a smile and willingness. Pool area was clean and well kept.

More could be done with the maintenance of some of the rooms.

The rooms are not as described. No bar fridge in the room. Very old and in need of an upgrade.

Shower was not clean. The room smelled of smoke. There was no bar fridge in the room. The units could definitely use an upgrade.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Food pricing is fair. Menu is good. Hotel is well secured and good location. AC was perfectly functioning

The hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are not well cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable. Room TV wasn't functioning well

Actually from challenge of non payment, resolved via a pop call, to check in diabolical, room no fridge, tv not working no upgrade offered as compensation, restaurant poor, non licenced. Open parking so tight u can't open your door. No porter trolley. It is a really kak place.

Room was not ready when people want to check in. Was fist put into a room 204 not properly clean no towels, no aircon, smelly when complained was moved to a different room after they told me there is no other room available.
