"Good value basic hotel."

Breakfast..... excellent. Location...... on the northern half of the promenade. Ample street parking (in February). Bed very comfortable, and lots of hot water. Staff..... very helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Taking into account the price I paid I have no complaints at all.

Hotel is in a great location, nice walk to local shops and restaurants. Staff where very helpful and friendly, rooms where clean and tidy and breakfast was lovely. We would stay here again.

The staff were all lovely. The room was spotless. We were lucky and had a great Seaview. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful

"Perfect for pets & their humans."

We were travelling with 3 dogs and normally stay with family, but couldn’t this time. We therefore were absolutely made up when found a hotel to cater for 2 people & 3 dogs. The room was perfect for us with all we needed and would definitely stay again. Right opposite the beach which was wonderful for a beach walk in the morning.

"Superb! A lovely stay!"

Lovely property in the heart of Douglas right on the seafront! They were so accommodating to myself and my friends and truly welcomed us all to the Island! The staff also helped us navigate the Island a bit and helped with questions we had! The room was clean and the beds were super comfy! Would highly recommend!

We were able to park outside the hotel as we had a Manx parking disk, however if you didn’t I think it may be difficult to find parking nearby.
