The staff was very friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. It was a very nice touch that they left their own homemade coffee in the room every day.

It is about half an hour from the center of La Fortuna. If you don’t have your own car, transportation can be a bit difficult.

"Don’t go for the springs, but the grounds and room were lovely"

The rooms were lovely, very clean and well laid out with plenty of space

The hot springs were a massive letdown, only two were full and the water was not warm, came here for them, left extremely disappointed
