Hotel Heliconias Nature Inn & Hot Springs

The deluxe bungalows in the trees and the staff was exceptional.

The property was very comfortable, rooms were good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant on site with an excellent range of meals. Parking onsite which was good. We enjoyed being away from the frenetic pace of La Fortuna and coming back to a very peaceful environment after our day.

Not so much did not like as things that could be better. The thermal pools are not really warm (better going to one of the La Fortuna ones) but there is a nice pool area. Staff were very helpful with directions but would have been good to have had a map of the whole place, inc the walking tour path. Otherwise very happy with the stay.

Restaurante was great

Great property. Pools were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice rooms. Beautiful landscaping and view of the volcano. Safe and not too crowded. Definitely recommend staying here with a family.

The dinner buffet was ok. Not much ambience in that restaurant.

$500 a night a trash place, feo y sin ninngún atractivo. El bar de la termales no tiene licor. el bartender no sabia que era vodka. La cama y almohadas de mala calidad.

O atendimento da equipe é o que salva o hotel. Se esforçam para agradar e ajudam em todas as demandas.

O hotel está localizado a trinta minutos de Fortuna, numa estrada sinuosa e sem iluminação. O café da manhã consiste em frutas e um prato de ovos com bacon, deixando muito muito a desejar para um hotel que aparece em primeiro na lista do app. A questão em Fortuna parece ser mais complicada. Poucos hotéis bons no local que cobram valores absurdos acabam fazendo com que hotéis como este cobrem muito e nos façam esperar que se terá muito.

Thermal baths; without thermal (warm) water. Water temperature was only 27 degrees celsius: cold!! Big disappointment. + No service whatsoever at the pool area!!!
