Hotel Heliconias Nature Inn & Hot Springs

Thoughtful and attentive staff, great property and cabin. It’s a little ways away from La Fortugna but we preferred it this way as it didn’t feel so touristy.

Very relaxed, easy going place. So the "hot springs" hot tubs were secluded and nice to chill in for an hour, but not the warmest. Also the trail through the woods was nice, short, and the stream pools were great for a morning dip. The cabins were fine, as expected. The onsite staff were very kind, including advice and activities.

The neon lights around the cabins, and the music blaring from the restaurant did detract from the "nature inn" I was expecting.

El trato del personal es muy especial. Todos demostraron interés y amabilidad. El sitio posee mucha variedad de animales silvestres.

Falta más variedad de bebidas en la oferta del bar.

La piscina esta muy rica y las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal muy atento y el jacuzzi estaba muy rico, es un lugar ideal para relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza ya que esta rodeada de muchas plantas, es un lugar realmente ideal para desconectar de la vida en la ciudad

Poca iluminación para llegar a las habitaciones o aguas termales, las aguas termales no estaban todas habilitadas, y muy oscuras.. Los precios del restaurante son muy elevados y los desayunos no eran muy ricos

Very beautiful place, the hot springs and trails were a treat

Un endroit très calme, où il fait bon se détendre dans les bains thermaux après une journée bien remplie. Les activités de visites de jour et de nuit à l'affut de la faune dans les jardins de l'hôtel avec l'excellent amoureux de la nature Victor ont été extraordinaires. Le personnel est très accueillant et s'empresse de répondre à nos besoins. Un peu à l'écart du centre touristique de La Fortuna, c'est un véritable oasis de tranquilité. Merci Brandon pour les petits extras... !
