Hotel Kokoro Mineral Hot Springs

Rustic feel. Quiet location. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Beautiful view of volcano.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable .

Great location, great raft, beautiful views and great breakfast

Hotel Kokoro was in a perfect location with each cabin situated to have views of Arenal volcano. We loved the hot springs, the pool, the open air dining with great food. Everyone was very helpful in making sure we connected for tours in the area..if which there are plenty to choose from. We extended our stay for an extra day.

friendly staff, happy to point out the night wildlife. The room was basic but as advertised, and it was enjoyable to relax on the deck and watch the birds and animals in the forest all around. The hot springs were relaxing and just meters away from the room.

The breakfast was basic

The breakfast served in a lovely dining room. The selection of breakfast choices was excellent .

The humidity in the room felt like your sleeping in a wet bed. The hot springs was a 2 level pool, but the water had really high sulphur smell and was a green colour.

Smaller hotel complex off the road about 14 minutes from La Fortuna. Very peaceful. Nice room with a fridge.

Breakfast was the same each morning: it was a buffet with a fruit selection, pancakes, scrambled eggs, protein, and a sweet pastry. The staff was very friendly.

At dinner you could order off the menu. The food was very good. However, there was not enough staff to cook the food in a timely manner. It took a long time to be served.

Amazing hotel with plenty of animals around. Great food and more importantly amazing staff, we have had best time in Kokoro and would recommend it to anyone
