great location, breakfast and restaurant. we loved it there and even extended our stay on con dao

there might be differences in the quality of the rooms - hence the diverse reviews on booking.com. we loved our sea view room but at the end we saw another room that went for the same price as ours and was older and without the view.

the staff is very nice

the property beach has sand flies! :-(

Great and considerate staff

Price-performace is OK. Please consider that Con Dao is a very small island where most of the people live from tourism. You cannot compare with main land 1-to-1. The location and the site is really awesome: staff is very friedly and helpful, beach and ocean for swimming, silent all times. Room and equipment match description and pictures.

Room incl bathroom would need renovation, the equipment needs a renewal.

On a clean beach you can swim in…unlike many polluted beaches in islands. Breakfast was good and atmosphere relaxing. Rented a scooter there. Love their feisty friendly kitten!

Rooms were a bit musty but typical for Vietnam and its humidity.

The location on the beach was great! Loved being able to rent scooters on site for $6US. Staff was very nice and helpful but if you don't speak Vietnamese, have a translator app handy. Good breakfasts. Great price! A/C worked great. They offered us a late checkout since our flight didn't leave til the afternoon. Free airport shuttles round trip!! I'd stay here again but understand the resort needs some work.

Resort is in need of some TLC ( tender, loving, care) for sure. Very basic rooms. Beds hard. No beach chairs.

Everything very outdated, in desperate need of renovation, especially rooms and patio that leads to the rooms (super slippery when wet!)

The location was fabulous, right on the beach. The food at the 200 bar was really great. The staff were fabulous, very helpful. They had motor scooters to rent. The hotel also picked us up and took us to the airport.

There could be at least 1 bedside table in the rooms for convenience. The rooms were not made up daily unless we asked.
