Thiên Tân Hotel

We loved the beach on our doorstep, breakfast was good and good food in the bar. Free airport transfer was very appriciated. Close to centre of shopping and restaurants

The location of this hotel was perfect, right on the absolutely beautiful beach. Walking distance to plenty shops, restaurants and activities but very quiet and peaceful. The staff at the beach bar were really lovely and friendly, always smiling and the food and cocktails were wonderful - best pina colada I had in Vietnam!

The rooms and hotel overall were very dated and really run-down. It desperately needs some upgrading! There were dirty knickers in the bathroom when we checked into our room, indicating it wasn't very well cleaned!

The location is excellent and generally the staff are helpful. The food at the bar is good, though quite expensive.

The place is pretty shabby and poorly maintained. The noise from nearby and within the hotel makes it impossible to relax at times. The rooms are best described as utilitarian-dilapidated and some lack even a shower and hot water. And don't complain because the manager will respond with aggressive gaslighting. Overall, overpriced for what you get.

The room looked out to the sea which was a few steps away and was gorgeous. Great A/C and fan and wonderful staff and the most beautiful chrystal clear ocean and beautiful coconut trees all around

Beach front location is really nice with a small good restaurant/bar facing the beach. We have everything that we need. They also have scooter rental service.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. They do try to maintain it but a little updating would make it really nice. They also host gatherings at night, sometimes with karaoke. So it can be noisy till about 10 pm.

Location is very good. The center of city is near and there is beautiful beach in front of the room. Vietnames noodle as breakfast is delicious.

Some staff seems to not be well trained. The bathroom smells a bit strange.
